Certificate & Evidence FAQ
Can I download all office phone booth certificates?
Not all certificates, reports, or technical files are available for direct download. Some may be available online, while others need to be requested so that the current version and applicable scope can be confirmed.
Is electrical CE certification for the complete office booth?
No. Electrical certification documents apply to the relevant electrical or socket-system components covered by those documents.
Does B1 material evidence mean the complete booth is fire rated?
No. B1-related evidence applies to the material covered by the relevant test document. It should not be treated as a fire rating for the complete office booth.
Is VOC testing the same as GREENGUARD certification?
No. VOC test reports and GREENGUARD certification are different types of evidence. Each VOC report should be read according to the product or material covered by that test.
Can I request acoustic test reports?
