MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
How Height-Adjustable Desk Frame Components Are Manufactured
Onmuse carries out in-house metal production for height-adjustable desk frame components, including cutting and machining, forming and welding, plus selected surface and component processes.
Different components require different processes depending on their design, material and product configuration.
Metal Cutting & Machining
Laser cutting, CNC processing, drilling, tapping and milling are used where the frame component design requires cutting, holes, threads or machined interfaces.

Forming & Welding
Grooving, punching, bending and deburring are used to shape frame and structural components before assembly. Robotic or manual welding is used depending on the component design and production requirements.

Surface & Component Processing
Powder coating is applied to applicable metal components after the required fabrication steps. Die-cast components may also be used where specified by the product configuration.

Component requirement → Applicable fabrication process → Processed component → Assembly
What to Verify
Part → Process → Production Evidence
When comparing manufacturers, look beyond the equipment list. Check which component the process applies to, how that component is produced, and what production evidence can be provided for the relevant process.
QUALITY CONTROL & ORDER RELEASE
How an Order Moves Through QC to Shipment Release
Onmuse applies order-level quality controls from incoming and production-stage checks through corrective action, packing identification and shipment release.
The exact inspection points depend on the product, configuration and order requirements.
Order Control Path
Order Requirements → Inspection → Correction / Reinspection if Needed → Packing & Identification → Release
For supplier qualification, check whether the available inspection and packing records can be connected to the exact order being reviewed.

Match Product Evidence to the Desk or Frame You’re Buying
When evaluating a height-adjustable desk manufacturer, the number of certificates or reports matters less than whether the relevant evidence can be connected to the desk frame, complete desk or configuration you are considering.

AFTER MANUFACTURER QUALIFICATION
Choose the Right Next Step for Your Sourcing Needs
Once the manufacturer’s capabilities, order controls and product evidence have been reviewed, the next step depends on what you need to resolve.

MANUFACTURER QUALIFICATION
Turn the Manufacturer Review into a Shortlist Decision
Before moving forward, confirm that the manufacturer can support the products you are considering with relevant manufacturing capabilities, order controls and product evidence.
If these fundamentals are in place, continue to the appropriate product, OEM, bulk-order, technical-document or quotation route.
