Workstation Accessories, Organized by System Function

Workstation accessories are organized into four functional groups: screens and privacy, cable management, power access, and hardware and support.

Screens & Privacy

Desk screens provide separation and visual privacy between adjacent work areas.
Screen clamps provide the mounting interface between the screen and the workstation.

Cable Management

Under-desk cable trays route and organize power and data cables beneath the worksurface.
Cable access flaps provide a route for cables through the worksurface.
Cable risers carry cables vertically from floor level to the workstation.

Power Access

Power modules provide accessible power at the workstation. Socket configuration and mounting location are specified to suit each project.

Hardware & Support

Panel clamps secure workstation screens and divider panels.
Screws, connectors and adjustable feet support frame assembly, tabletop attachment and on-site levelling.

PrivacyScreens separate opposing work areas within the shared arrangement.Screens define repeated work positions along the continuous workstation run.Screen placement follows the orientation of each work area.
Cable ManagementA shared under-desk cable route serves the opposing work positions.Longitudinal cable routing follows the workstation run.Cable routes connect multiple directions, returns or workstation sections.
Power AccessPower access is coordinated across the shared workstation system.Power access is distributed along the repeated work positions.Multiple power zones are planned around the different work areas.
Interface ConsiderationsAccessories are coordinated with the shared frame and worksurface interface.Accessory placement is aligned with the frame layout and worksurface joints.Corners, returns and connection points require additional coordination.

Hardware and Spare Parts Support for Your Project

Workstation support includes the hardware required for assembly and installation, together with spare and replacement components for on-site support and future maintenance.

Assembly Hardware

Screws, connectors, adjustable feet, installation brackets and hardware packs support frame assembly, component connection, tabletop attachment and on-site levelling.

The required hardware is prepared according to the workstation frame and project configuration.

Spare Parts Prepared with the Main Order

We typically include additional spares with the main shipment. If an accessory or component is lost or damaged during installation, an on-site spare can provide an immediate replacement and help avoid unnecessary delays.

Small Hardware

For screws and other frequently used small hardware, we typically include 6–8 extra pieces per 100 pieces supplied.

Installation brackets and other common hardware are provided with a project-specific spare allowance.

Workstation Accessories

For components such as desk screens, power modules and cable trays, we typically plan a spare allowance of approximately 3% of the project quantity.

Dedicated Spare Parts Box

Spare parts are packed separately in a dedicated box clearly marked “Spare Parts.”

The label can include the name and contact details of the person responsible for the project, allowing the customer’s warehouse team to identify the box and pass it directly to the relevant project contact for storage.

If replacement parts are needed later, the spare parts are already available on site, without having to source replacements again.
