Size
You can choose from our standard product dimensions or request custom sizes for your project. Custom sizes must be assessed against the product’s structure, stability requirements, and manufacturing feasibility, then approved before production is scheduled.

Product-Specific OEM/ODM
We offer OEM/ODM development and manufacturing for desk frames and table bases based on your product requirements or design drawings. The development scope, technical approach, and production methods are confirmed for the selected product and project requirements.
All custom requests require technical and manufacturing feasibility review, with final product specifications confirmed before production begins.
Two Ways to Start Your Custom Project
You can start your custom desk frame or table base project by sending us your existing design drawings or sharing your specific product requirements and an initial sketch.

Technical & Manufacturing Feasibility Review
Both routes require technical and manufacturing feasibility review. Before we commit to production, the proposed design, technical specifications, and production requirements must be confirmed with you.
Technical & Manufacturing Feasibility Review
We review the proposed desk frame or table base design to assess whether it meets the project’s technical requirements and is feasible to manufacture.

REVIEW 01
Technical Review
We review the proposed design, including its structure, dimensions, materials, function, intended use, and any relevant mounting or connection requirements. Before the project moves forward, we identify technical details that need further clarification and confirm with you whether any design changes are needed.

REVIEW 02
Manufacturing Feasibility Review
We assess whether the proposed design can be manufactured using suitable production processes and whether our existing equipment can meet the production requirements. If we identify any manufacturing constraints or necessary design changes, we discuss them with you before proceeding.
Review Outcome
Tooling & Mold Review
Not every custom desk frame or table base requires new tooling or molds. Whether new tooling or molds are needed depends on the product design, structural requirements, and manufacturing process.

Can Existing Tooling Be Used?
We assess whether our existing tooling is suitable for the selected product and the requested design changes, or whether new tooling or molds need to be considered.
If New Tooling or Molds Are Required
We assess the technical requirements, manufacturing feasibility, and associated costs. If new tooling or molds need to be developed for the project, we will provide an itemized list of the types required and their costs for your review and confirmation before proceeding.
Standard & Custom Colors
You can choose from our standard color chart or request a custom color to meet your project requirements.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Custom Project Costs
