Representative Aluminium Desk Frame

Pauer

Pauer is a representative Onmuse aluminium desk and table frame system, using 6063 aluminium legs, 6063 aluminium beams, and die-cast L/T connectors.

Aluminium-Leg Frames

These frames use aluminium as the primary material for the legs and beams.
Pauer uses 6063 aluminium for both the legs and beams.

Die-Cast-Leg Frames

The main legs or bases use die-cast construction and can be made in different leg and base forms. These products belong to a separate die-cast table base collection.

What Should You Confirm for Your Aluminium Frame Project?

Before finalising an aluminium desk frame for your project, review the tabletop, finish and configuration requirements that may affect model selection.

Tabletop Size

Provide the exact tabletop dimensions planned for the project.
Typical reference sizes include:

  • Workstation tabletop: 1200–1800L × 600–800D mm
  • Single-piece meeting tabletop: 1800–2400L × 800–1200D mm

Final dimensions can be confirmed based on the actual project layout.

Tabletop Thickness

For Pauer, the standard tabletop thickness is 16 mm.
Other standard desk frames typically use 25 mm-thick tabletops.

Finish & Colour

Confirm the finish and colour required for the project.
Pauer has a powder-coated finish and is available in 13 standard colours

Accessories & Configuration

Confirm whether the project requires any accessories or configurations for use with the desk frame, such as:

  • Metal Trunking
  • Wire Flipper
  • Desk Screen
  • Socket / Power Module

Confirm the final accessory and configuration details against the workstation layout and project requirements.

Why Aluminium Desk Frames Work Well for Dealer Stock

aluminium profiles and components stored for desk frame production

For dealers and furniture manufacturers that keep local stock and need a faster project response, aluminium desk frames offer a flexible approach to stocking and processing.

Aluminium legs, beams and connectors can be stocked separately. Within the supported structural range, the legs and beams can be cut and configured to suit project dimensions. Colour finishing can also be completed locally where suitable processing facilities are available.

This approach works particularly well for:

  • Small-batch orders
  • Projects requiring multiple desk sizes
  • Orders with tight lead times
  • Projects requiring local processing or assembly
  • Dealers looking to reduce the number of complete desk frames held in stock

Pauer: Representative Aluminium Desk Frame System

Pauer uses 6063 aluminium legs and beams with die-cast aluminium L/T connectors.

Customers with local processing capability can stock Pauer components and materials, then carry out cutting, powder coating and assembly locally.

For larger-volume orders or projects requiring special processing, Onmuse can handle production based on the confirmed project specification.

Steel Desk Frames

Steel desk frames use steel tubing or formed steel plate for the legs and primary structural components. Beam and connection systems vary by model.

Die-Cast Frames

Die-cast frames use die-cast aluminium legs or bases as the primary structure, combined with die-cast L/T connectors and steel beams.

A representative die-cast frame configuration uses a 50 × 25 × 1.2 mm steel beam with dedicated die-cast connectors.
