Die-Cast Table Bases

Die-cast table bases are fixed-height frame systems for office desks. The legs are made from die-cast 6063 aluminium using dedicated tooling, allowing a range of leg profiles to be produced. L/T-shaped die-cast connectors join the legs to a 50 × 25 × 1.2 mm steel crossbeam, forming a complete table frame.

What Defines This Collection?

three die-cast aluminium table leg designs for fixed-height office table bases

Die-Cast Legs

Made from 6063 aluminium using dedicated die-casting tooling, the legs provide the main support structure for the table base.

Die-Cast Connectors

L/T-shaped die-cast connectors join the legs to the steel crossbeam, connecting the legs and crossbeam into a complete table frame.

Steel Crossbeam

The 50 × 25 × 1.2 mm steel crossbeam connects the legs on either side and serves as a key structural support within the table frame.

Representative Die-Cast Products

Warren and LF-87 are two representative models in our die-cast table base collection.

Warren and LF-87: Two Distinct Die-Cast Table Base Designs

Warren and LF-87 are part of our die-cast table base collection, but each is a distinct product design. Both use die-cast 6063 aluminum legs and a 50 × 25 × 1.2 mm steel beam. They share the same overall frame architecture and most connection components, with the main differences found in the leg profile and L-connector configuration

Warren

Warren features a purpose-designed die-cast leg profile.

The L-connector is built directly into the leg, removing the need for a separate die-cast L-connector.

Warren uses:

  • Integrated leg and L-connector design
  • Die-cast T-connectors
  • Beam connectors
  • 50 × 25 × 1.2 mm steel beam

LF-87

LF-87 also features its own die-cast leg profile but uses a separate die-cast L-connector to join the leg to the beam system.

LF-87 uses:

  • Die-cast legs
  • Die-cast L-connectors
  • Die-cast T-connectors
  • Beam connectors
  • 50 × 25 × 1.2 mm steel beam

Shared Structure

Warren and LF-87 share the same core frame and component system:

  • Die-cast 6063 aluminum leg structure
  • Die-cast T-connectors
  • Beam connectors
  • 50 × 25 × 1.2 mm steel beam
  • U-shaped fixed-height table base structure

The legs are designed separately for each model. Warren incorporates the L-connector into the leg, while LF-87 uses a separate die-cast L-connector.

Apart from the leg design and L-connector configuration, both products use the same T-connectors, beam connectors, and steel beam system.

The clearest visual difference between Warren and LF-87 is the shape of the legs. Although they share the same core frame and component system, they remain two distinct product designs.

Review Your Budget & Material Direction

PROJECT BUDGET

Confirm Your Budget Before Choosing a Table Base Model

If you have not yet decided on a specific table base range, we usually start by asking about your target budget.

Steel table bases generally have lower material costs and are usually priced below aluminum and die-cast options. If your project has a defined budget, consider cost, appearance, and material preference when deciding whether to continue with die-cast table bases or compare steel and aluminum alternatives.

Continue with Die-Cast Table Bases

If die-cast table bases meet your budget or appearance preferences, continue exploring Warren, LF-87, and other die-cast models.

Compare Other Materials

If cost is a key consideration, compare our steel table base range. If you want to compare another metal option, view our aluminium table base range.

Final pricing depends on the selected model, configuration, order quantity, and project requirements.

DIE-CAST PRODUCT OPTIONS

Choose a Die-Cast Table Base Design

Once the die-cast range meets your budget and design requirements, you can choose from 18 models, each with a different leg profile and appearance.

The Onmuse die-cast collection combines clean, contemporary lines with a component platform shared across multiple models. This gives you more leg-style options without requiring a completely separate set of components for every model.

TECHNICAL REVIEW

Review the Technical Fit of Your Selected Table Base

Before a model is confirmed or a quotation is prepared, projects involving non-standard dimensions, special configurations, or custom requirements require further technical review.

When is additional technical review needed?

  • Non-standard dimensions
  • Special configurations
  • Custom requirements

Standard products in standard sizes can use the standard configuration.

Tabletop & Mounting

Does the project involve a non-standard tabletop shape or dimensions that are longer or wider than usual? If so, determine whether custom mounting components are required.

Custom mounting?

Frame Size & Support

If the required tabletop dimensions fall outside the standard range, confirm whether the number of beams needs to be adjusted and whether the revised frame configuration can provide the stability required for the project.

Standard → Adjusted beam count

Accessories & Interfaces

If non-standard accessories are required, check that their connections, mounting points, and interfaces are compatible with the table base.
