From Customer Requirements to Mass Production

From Customer Requirements to Mass Production

From product development to mass production, customized projects move through seven defined stages, with the necessary reviews and approvals completed before production begins.

Seven-Step Development Process

1. Customer Requirements

We start by discussing your product and customization requirements and develop an initial product concept and sketches based on the project needs.

4. Prototype Development

Once the drawings are confirmed, prototype development begins, with relevant technical and production requirements followed throughout the process.

2. Engineering Evaluation

The proposed product is evaluated across relevant functions, with consideration given to materials, manufacturing processes, production feasibility, and cost.

5. Internal Cross-functional Review

Before the prototype is submitted to you, an internal review is carried out against the drawings and project requirements.

7. Mass Production

Following customer approval, the required pre-production checks and confirmations are completed. Once these are cleared, mass production begins.

3. Drawing Optimization

Based on the evaluation, the product drawings, structure, and manufacturing approach are further refined. 3D renderings are also used to give you a clearer view of the proposed product.

6. Customer Approval

After the internal review, the prototype and related product proposal are submitted to you for review. Once approved, the project moves into preparation for mass production.

Internal Project Review

Cross-functional Review Before Customer Approval

Before the project moves to customer approval, the developed solution is reviewed internally by the relevant teams against the drawings and project requirements.

Cross-functional Review Team

The internal review involves relevant functions across the project:

Sales · Engineering · Process · Production · Purchasing

Review Against Confirmed Requirements

The developed solution is checked against the confirmed drawings and project requirements before customer approval.

Further Adjustment Where Needed

If the internal review identifies areas that still require adjustment, these are addressed before the project moves to customer approval.

Ready for Customer Review

Once the internal review is completed, the project can move forward for customer review and approval.
