Onmuse has teams across product design and development, project engineering, manufacturing, quality control, domestic sales, and international sales. Each team has clearly defined responsibilities while working closely across functions to provide the support required for customers’ projects in China and international markets.
Depending on the stage and specific requirements of a project, the relevant teams may be involved in product selection, technical confirmation, production preparation, quality control, and commercial communication.
At different stages of the project, these teams work together to keep product requirements, technical details, production information, and commercial matters clearly coordinated from one stage to the next, and to move each part of the project forward in line with the project requirements.

Product Design & Space Planning Team
Our product design and space planning team supports customers in the early stages of a project. Based on the customer’s existing space and project requirements, the team helps turn those needs into specific product and space-planning solutions.
We work with you on product selection, layout planning, and related details so that product and space requirements are clearly defined before moving into more detailed technical confirmation.

Engineering & Technical Team
Our engineering and technical team confirms the key technical requirements before production, including product specifications, dimensions, configurations, materials, and other project-specific details.
Based on the product and project requirements, the team works with you to review and confirm these details and provides technical support for product specifications, configurations, and applications.
When additional engineering input is needed, our engineers join the discussion to clarify the requirements before production begins.

Project & Commercial Team
Our project and commercial team coordinates the key order and commercial matters once a project moves into the ordering stage, including quantities, pricing, project schedules, delivery arrangements and order-related documentation.
Based on the project and order requirements, the team stays in close communication with you, follows up on order progress, coordinates commercial details and makes sure that the information needed for production and delivery is confirmed and acted on in a timely manner.
As the project moves forward, the team also coordinates with the relevant teams so that order information, production arrangements and delivery requirements remain aligned.

Manufacturing & Quality Team
Our manufacturing and quality teams are primarily responsible for carrying production and quality control forward in accordance with the confirmed product requirements, including product specifications, materials, configurations, special requirements, and quality requirements specific to each order.
During production, the manufacturing team organizes and schedules the work based on the confirmed details, while the quality team carries out the appropriate inspections according to the specific product and order requirements.
The manufacturing and quality teams work closely throughout production to identify and address issues in the production and quality-control process in a timely manner, with the aim of completing the necessary inspections and corrective actions before the products are delivered to the customer.

International Sales Team
Our international sales team supports overseas customers with product information, quotations, order requirements, and other commercial matters throughout project discussions.
Based on the customer’s requirements, the team provides the relevant product and commercial information and works with the appropriate Onmuse teams when further technical, production, or project input is needed.
From the initial inquiry through later project discussions, the international sales team remains a key point of communication for overseas customers.
